Did I get everything? I think I need to go back and do an area modification calc for having multipul buildings on one site per 704.3 and maybe a diagram of where the uses are in the building....

Looks good, but check your Building Description. There is something about a carwash?
yeah the 'carwash' is a type-o... also I believe that the dorm building should be R-2 ... right? While doing some more research it liioks like i will be able to count both buildings as one per 704.3
