Studio Final: Section - Prelim

Chris,
I think i can get this intake/exhaust to work at the 2-4th floors but not to sure about the ground level floor... any ideas? I will have more details this weekend.

Ken. I admire your tenacity in holding on to your scheme despite several comments that urge you to let go. However I don’t the development is making it more appealing. I don’t understand how it is supposed to work in the first place; intake low, exhaust high to the south over the plants? What are the plants for? I don’t see any means for air cleaning or conditioning, so why can’t you just simply provide cross ventilation? The amount of capital you are spending to get this ventilation scheme working (does it even?) is in no relation to effect.
Radient heating is working with a lower temperature loop than conventional radiators. Instead of a (high temperature) boiler you could consider Ground Source Heat Pump or other lower temperature heat sources.
You are mentioning storm water collection. Can you indicate in the building services section how this would happen and how you would store and release it over time?
